These Platform Guidelines set clear rules for using BLAST. They exist to protect creativity, fairness, safety, and the integrity of the platform. Every user is expected to follow these guidelines as a condition of using BLAST.
BLAST supports open expression, but expression does not excuse harm, abuse, or illegal activity. Enforcement is consistent and reviewable, and users have the right to appeal moderation decisions.
1. Respect People

What’s not allowed:
- Harassment, stalking, or targeted personal attacks
- Doxxing (sharing private personal information)
- Coordinated harm or encouraging others to attack someone
2. Illegal Activity

- Fraud, identity theft, hacking, or financial scams
- Illegal weapons or instructions for committing crimes

Not allowed:
- Sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance)
- Explicit sexual acts or pornography
- Predatory behavior or grooming
Nonsexual artistic or educational material may be allowed if it is clearly presented in an appropriate context.
5. Intellectual Property
Only upload content you have the rights to share. Respect copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property.
Not allowed:
- Uploading movies, music, streams, or clips you don’t own or lack permission to share
- Reposting content taken from other platforms without permission
- Using trademarks or brand assets in a way that deceives people
6. Spam, Manipulation, and Platform Abuse
BLAST must remain authentic. Systems that manipulate reach or degrade the experience for others are not allowed.
Not allowed:
- Fake engagement (bots, fake likes, mass comments)
- Misuse of tags, metadata, or attempts to “game” the algorithm
- Repeated mass posting or flooding feeds
- Malicious or bad-faith reporting of other users

BLAST does not remove content simply for being controversial or disputed. However, we do act when deception is harmful or fraudulent.
We may take action when content is:
- Intentionally misleading in a harmful or fraudulent way
- Used to scam, exploit, or materially deceive users
- Impersonation of a real person, creator, or organization
Parody and commentary are allowed if they are clearly labeled and not designed to mislead.
8. Political and Social Content
Political opinions and discussions are allowed. BLAST does not take sides in political debates, but we do restrict certain forms of manipulation.
Not allowed:
- Coordinated political manipulation
- State-sponsored disinformation campaigns
- False or misleading information about how to participate in elections
9. Platform Integrity
Users may not interfere with how BLAST operates or attempt to undermine its security.
- Attempting to reverse engineer BLAST systems
- Using automation to scrape or collect data at scale
- Exploiting bugs or security weaknesses
- Interfering with platform operations or infrastructure
10. Enforcement
Violations of these guidelines may result in a range of enforcement actions. The response depends on severity, impact, and prior history.
Possible actions include:
- Content removal
- Feature restrictions
- Warnings
- Temporary suspension
- Account termination (for repeated or severe violations)
We aim to apply enforcement consistently and proportionately.
11. Appeals
Users have the right to appeal moderation decisions. If you believe enforcement was incorrect, you can ask for a review.
Submit an appeal through the in-app tools or email appeals@blastapp.co. Appeals are reviewed as quickly and fairly as possible.
12. Reporting
To report content or behavior that may violate these guidelines, use the reporting tools in the app.
False or bad-faith reporting intended to harass others is itself a violation and may result in enforcement action.
13. Updates & Cross-Reference
These Platform Guidelines may evolve as BLAST grows. Updated versions will be posted in the app or on our website. Continued use of BLAST means you accept the latest version of these guidelines.
These guidelines work together with our other terms and policies, including:
